REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of experience testing software solutions
- 1+ years of experience in creating and executing Automated Tests (Java)
- Programming experience – Java/C#
- Proven automation testing experience in backend systems (APIs).
- Experience with TestNG & RestAssure (Advantage)
- Agile Project Management and defects handling tools such as JIRA
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value
- Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps integrated with development tools that enable release pipelines
- Understanding of code and branch strategies to enable software delivery
- Collaboration and communication with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to identify risks early and ensuring bugs/defects are highlighted earlier in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to work as a team player in cross-functional Agile teams and bring their skills and capabilities to ensure quality outcomes and improved customer experience based on Organizational Business outcomes
- Engaged in testing integration of complex systems on multi-layered architecture including presentation, application, and database layers
- Review and refinement of acceptance criteria and estimation techniques to plan work
- Identify opportunities for testing by suggesting continuous improvements and implementing solutions to perform continuous and efficient testing
- Reporting and dashboard capability providing test progress.
- Content Management systems, e.g. Confluence
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/related field
- English – Upper-intermediate
AS A PLUS:
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions, e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- MS Power Platform solutions
- DevOps and Release pipeline understanding
- Knowledge of CI/CD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify software problems and their causes
- Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes
- Experience in creating scripts/processes to automate QA, integration systems, and production systems
- Ability to interact and collaborate with the organization to develop and deliver on QA goals
