Our Partner is an International Cyber Security company. They build great security products and are the only company in the world to track users from the moment they enter applications, via an API call they make and up to the moment they attempt to access sensitive. As an escalation engineer, you will research, troubleshoot, reproduce complex field problems, and take responsibility for solving technical problems that arise in a number of production environments. It will be work for you if you like to plunge into complex problems, find suitable solutions, and gain in-depth knowledge about the product you are working on. In addition, you will work to improve the quality of our platform and product by developing and executing tests in various deployments. This position serves as an intermediate level, supporting our customers with quick and effective solutions while interacting with our development team to find the right solution to problems and provide valuable feedback to the team.
Test Engineer will be responsible for all testing (manual and automated) release cycles of the products (On-Premise, VM, and Cloud ), including; participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Here we are working on the core of Application Security products, as well as on some of the most advanced security-related features and complex technologies.
At least 3+ years Tier 2 Support with Security or Networking products – MUST;
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently – MUST;
Experience in reproducing complex networking and HTTP/SSL Scenario in Lab – MUST;
Deep understanding of HTTP/SSL protocols, Networking and Linux – MUST;
Wide view in different technologies as Cloud computing (AWS, Azure), VMware, Performance Testing, DevOps Tools (Jenkins/Git), Docking;
Manual QA experience;
Hands-on with Hardware, VM, and cloud platforms;
Basic scripting experience (Bash, Python);
High-level English (speak and write) and good Customer relations experience.
Troubleshoot and Reproduce complex field issues;
Direct clients through issue resolution including customer meetings, status reports, and updates;
Maintain escalation lab for common customer’s scenario (HW, VM, and Cloud);
Develop customer’s scenario testing flows, write test plans, execute and analyze;
Participate in beta with customers;
Identify, propose, and enforce escalation process improvements;
Be able to adopt new test technologies, tools, analysis, and infrastructure;
Share field issues analysis and customer feedback to RnD;
Foster close interface with customers, Support, PM, and account teams.
